Customer Success Manager - New York

For an innovative organisation - Instant Magazine - we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Instant Magazine offers the world's first tool for fully responsive browser magazines. Check out some examples. They empower brands and agencies to create an immersive content experience on every device, without the need of developers. The role is based in the Amsterdam HQ which is located at the Ring A10, exit 107.

Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll empower our clients in the USA to create successful cases with digital content. You'll help them take the next step with digital publishing and content marketing. With your expertise, you'll give our clients a head start and make sure they achieve their goals. Your primary objective is to let our client be more successful. You help them get the most out of our tool. You will advise them on both a strategic and practical use of our platform. You'll help clients in defining the role of the publication in their communications strategy and teach them how to use our tool effectively. Good knowledge of distribution and analytics is mandatory. You'll inspire clients by providing them with the right case studies and examples. You are responsible for expansion and renewal of your client base.

You are experienced in the domain of content marketing and corporate publishing. You are familiar with the process of content creation and also about the data side of content.

You have a customer centric approach. You know how to enthuse clients and have the ability to identify threats and opportunities. You know how to start an open conversation with clients and build firm relationships.

You are familiar with Google Analytics, especially for the interpretation of data. You know how to create segments, measure content engagement and have the ability to create custom reports. You know how to advise your clients with improvements based on data.

You are a pro when it comes to communication skills, both in writing and in speech. Because of our international client base, we prefer you to be native in English or at least a master of the of the English language.
